My method for preparing Parker House Rolls produces perfect results with minimal effort.
If you want to make your own bread dough, then do so. When I make dinner rolls from scratch, I use a Betty Crocker Cook Book recipe for sweetened bread dough.
But, for perfect Parker house rolls, I use a bag of Kroger brand frozen bread dough balls. Your personal preference for the size of the finished rolls, the size of muffin pans you use, and how much time you allot for defrosting and baking will influence which choice you make from the following suggestions.
My preferred choice is for a roll with three splits at the top.
I use three dough balls per roll and a large two-cup baking pan for each dinner roll. I defrost them in the pans and bake them as soon as they rise the first time. Including a baking time of 15 to 18 minutes in a 350 degree (F) oven, the total time to allow is five hours starting with frozen dough balls.
Alternately you may want to use only two dough balls and bake them in cup cake pans. Reduce your allotted time to fours hours still baking for 15 to 18 minutes.
You can stretch out the yield of even more by just putting one ball in each cup cake sized compartment. This is ok. One will still make a decent sized roll and cut your required time to about 4 hours from start to finish including a 15 minute bake time.
A special variation is seasoned rolls. Takes about two hours longer. Adding any seasoning such as parsley, sage, rosemary, oregano, or thyme adds a welcomed surprise. Start by defrosting the dough balls in individual compartments; at the end of the first rise, add the seasoning by working it in to each ball separately, then let rise again. Bake for 15 minutes.
If you want a darker crust, brush each roll with egg wash prior to baking. (egg wash is one egg and 1/2 of an egg shell full of cold water, beaten to blend thoroughly)
Internet marketing is comprised of a pool of web-based professionals who are working not just for their personal interest but for the development of the industry as well.
Engineers, doctors, nurses, accountants, and lawyers. They are what we call professionals. They are individuals with recognized knowledge and expertise in a certain field of endeavor. They are entitled by law and existing policies to practice their respective professions. They are worthy of the standards of their profession, giving them legal licenses to practice their respective professions. Thus, they are the authorities in their respective field of endeavors.
Along with their tag as professionals, these individuals are bound by proper etiquette with regards to their actions and behaviors. As professionals, they are expected to deliver required services to the public and at the same time deal with other individuals and professionals in an appropriate manner. They are looked upon as leaders; thus they are expected to act as real professionals when dealing with their work and other people.
Professionals are everywhere, in various construction sites, real estate markets, hospitals, county courts, and elsewhere.
The Internet marketing industry is no different, and comprised of business consultants, copy-writers, software developers, web site designers, and Graphics artists, as many others.
But what does it take to be considered as one of the Internet marketing professionals?
As previously mentioned, the definition of a professional revolves around the concept of an individual who has recognized knowledge and expertise on a certain field of endeavor. As a professional, you are considered to be worthy of the standards of your profession. You need to show to the world that you are really worth being considered as a professional through establishing a professional image.
However, building a professional image is not as easy as you think. In fact, it entails a great deal of time and effort. Your knowledge and expertise is not just the working factor here. You must also consider the conduct of your business in a professional manner, especially on the Internet where you are dealing with clients whom you do not know and you do not see.
Now, how will you start building your professional image? Consider the following aspects in creating your image online.
1.) Your attitude is the foundation of your professional image on the Internet. It can either make you or kill your career in an instant. The manner in which you deal with your fellow Internet marketers, clients, and the concerns they want you to answer such as questions, comments, and compliments will reflect on your professionalism as a reputable Internet marketer.
2.) Courtesy is also an important factor. As previously mentioned, you are dealing with people whom you are not seeing and you do not know. Despite that visual gap, make your unseen clients feel that they are very much appreciated. You must be respectful and warm in accommodating their queries and concern. Express your gratitude to them.
3.) Honesty is the best policy. Do not mislead your web-based clients or else you will lose them. Remember that you have to earn their trust in order to build long-term relationships with them.
4.) When dealing with your clients, always go above and beyond their expectations. Always listen to the concerns of your clients. As a professional, you are expected to listen to your clients even if you know and understand more than they do about Internet marketing.
5.) Unsatisfied clients always complain about poor technical support. You need to make yourself personally available to assist your clients with their needs. If possible, respond to their emails and return their call as fast as possible.
6.) Although it is a loss if you refund their money, do not argue with the issue or be disagreeable with them. Always be apologetic, courteous, and try to understand why they are unsatisfied. Good customer service can be invaluable when again selling to them or their friends.
7.) Your website is the reflection of yourself and your Internet marketing business. It must be professional-looking, complete with product and contact information, and easy ordering protocol.
8.) Be respectful to your fellow Internet marketers. Keep in mind to build friendly business relations and not publicly address differences.
Internet marketing professionals strive for honesty, integrity, establishing trust and building long term customer relationships. So before you can expect to gain the respect of the Internet Marketing community, you need to show them that you are worthy of their respect by building a professional online image.

If you have ever wanted to make a home made bread stuffing from scratch, here is a delicious 35 year old recipe easily prepared from common ingredients.
Here is a list of what you will need:
Tools:
– 4 large cookie sheets or combination of flat pans
– 2 very large bowls about 12-14 inches in diameter
– 2 cup measuring cup
– Set of measuring spoons
– Bread knife, electric knife and /or chefs knife
– 1 or 2 13 by 9 by 2 inch pans or equivalent (depends on how much you compact the mixture)
Ingredients:
– 2 loaves sliced sandwich bread
– 1/4 pound of butter or margarine
– 1 medium onion (chopped fine-1/4 inch pieces)
– 2 large stalks of celery (chopped fine-1/4 inch pieces)
– 2 cups warm water
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp black or white pepper
– 1 Tbsp poultry seasoning OR
Equivalent amount of parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme
– 1 cup juices from poultry (chicken, turkey, game birds)
Start this part the Day before (at least 12 hours ahead of time to allow bread to dry out)…
Remove bread from wrappers and lay out individually on cookie sheets to allow to dry out and become stale. Using fresh bread and drying it out is one of the secrets to this recipe. (This step is most effective when started day before and left overnight to dry.) The bread only needs to dry until stale, not dry enough for it to crumble. This step can be sped up by drying the bread in the oven for about 25-30 minutes on about 175 degrees F, or dried in a food dehydrator for about 2 hours, but best results are from drying overnight.
(Packaged bread stuffing can be used, however it becomes mushy when mixed with the moist ingredients.)
When dry, stack 5 to 6 slices at a time and slice into 1 inch squares.
(Using an electric knife helps speed up this step)
Using a very large mixing bowl, combine the bread cubes, chopped onion and celery, mixing well to evenly distribute the ingredients. Sprinkle all the seasoning evenly over the bread crumb mixture stirring to cover all bread mixture.
Using a small saucepan melt the butter, add the warm water and stir to combine. Pour the water mixture over the bread mixture. Stir with a spoon.
Transfer the mix into the 13 X 9 X 2 inch pan or pans. Compacting the dressing or lightly spreading it around the pans is the only difference whether it fits in one pan or two.
Cover the pan(s) with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes on the top rack of a 325 degree oven.
If bottom rack is used, place on cookie sheets to prevent over-cooking the surfaces touching the bottom and sides.
After 45 minutes remove from oven, remove foil, and pour one cup of poultry juices over the surface for added flavoring.
Re-cover and return to oven for 20-25 minutes.
If poultry juices are not completely cooked, microwave or boil the juices to fully cook before pouring over the dressing.
After allotted cooking time, remove from oven and serve.
– Adding moisture to the poultry being cooked will insure there is enough extra meat juice for the dressing and still enough for gravy. This recipe will serve 10-12 people. Although it is amazingly flavorful and complementary to poultry, other ingredients such as apples. pecans, and mandarin oranges can be added to change the flavor when used with wild game.
Tip– When using meat juices from poultry insure they are completely cooked! I use a meat thermometer if I have any doubts—165 Fahrenheit
With all the marketing blogs giving free advice and the well written articles available at ezinearticles.com, (Click Here for A Sample) making a marketing plan is simple. Instead of requiring a stroke of genius, it’s more of a checklist of things to do. Complete a list of tasks and answer some basic questions. The most difficult part is the follow through and the follow up. Some critical thinking is needed to identify your target market. But the actual plan comes down to discipline and answering the 5 W’s and 2 H’s.
For a brief listing of the First Ten Steps visit one of my earlier blogs and then come back to this article for the critical thinking part.
I approach “target market” research using a disciplined problem solving method commonly used by problem solvers like engineers or technicians. This method is structured to answer seven questions; the answers bring clarity to each of the steps required to market a business online.
For identifying who will buy your product, answer the questions: who, what, when, where, why, how much, and how many. These are called the 5 w’s and 2 h’s. If you run through these questions for each of the steps you will arrive at a logical summary of things to do, steps to follow, and a resulting marketing plan.
For example, the marketing plan for the Op-Yop product naturally led to registering the domain names www.op-yop.com and www.opyop.com . Using Go-Daddy.com as the registrar was a choice based on a google search. The hosting on host www.hostgator.com was recommended by another marketer, and has proven very satisfactory. Making the one page website was simple to do using the free Composer tools in the Sea Monkey (Mozilla) suite of tools. I won’t go through all the steps and explain, but these examples should demonstrate my point.
Part of the follow through and follow up is an article like this one. The keywords used throughout are picked up by the search engines and eventually will link traffic to this site, as well as the op-yop site, where the opyop toy can be purchased.

The number one reason bloggers blog, is to make money. One of the strongest foundations on which to build an online income is called article marketing. Its definition is: marketing information via the Internet by publishing informative articles on any subject. How does one make money via article marketing? A typical income model includes the PPC (Pay Per Click) form of advertising through a company like Google.
Here are the basic steps:
An article is authored offering information about any given topic.
The advertising company, like Google, displays ads on the site where the article is published.
An Internet user performs a search for information on the topic the article is written about.
The article is returned as one of the choices for consideration.
The user selects the link to the article from the search engine results.
Upon arriving at the article site, the viewer sees ads displayed about subjects closely aligned with the articles topic.
If the viewer clicks on one of these ads, the owner of the site collects a portion of the advertising cost per click.
If the article is published on a site owned by the writer of the article, that writer gets that advertising revenue.
Simple enough in concept, but as is often said: “The devil is in the details”.
In order for the above income creation model to work as stated and generate a worthwhile revenue stream, a lot of other things have to happen.
In no particular order, here are a few of them:
The subject matter has to be about something for which people search.
The keywords chosen for the articles have to be exact terms for which advertisers are buying advertising.
The traffic generated by the article has to be sufficient for a given percentage of the searchers to actually click on an ad.
The article has to be published on an author-owned site, so the writer gets the revenues from the clicks.
The competing information about the subject has to be weak or non-existent to capture a first page Google search result.
The content provided in the article has to be original material written by the author, or research of other material, with the original author properly referenced and credited.
The site on which the article is published, has to have inbound links from other expert sites, as this is one key factors search engines use to rank the first page search results.
Each and every one of these line items above has volumes of books written about them.
Pursuing article marketing as a pass time can be both time consuming and informative. Because of the size of the Internet and the enormous growth, article marketing is a very sound method of creating an online income.
